Lol.. not that kind guys.. I got a raise at work... I was hourly with no paid vacations or paid sick days and my work just gave me a letter and I am now officially Salary with a nice little raise in it!! I am really happy right now.. I know in some cases that going salary can be a paycut, but in this case it helps me out soooo much. And I can now go on a vacation and get paid for it!! Sorry, I am not one to normally tell everyone my personal biz but I just had to on this one!!! I am soo happy right now!! Hey look at it this way, I am a few dollars closer to that 6 figures I hope to make one day, lol...
