I hope he did. From what my supervisor saw, he told me that it was pretty far ahead. All he could hear was the turbo(s).

i had a white one play with me on p'tree industrial the other day in chambodia, he tore up an SI in front of me then I played with him some....asked (yelled) what i had under the hood as if i was actually giving him a decent run...yeah, wtf ever...i know he didn't have it down all the way.
Holy shit I saw that car leaving Langley drive heading down Pike towards 316 today...HA, thats what all those cops were doing 10 min later...I think it was like a 94-97 Supra w/ Big spoiler...No way thats crazy

This was certainly not me, although the overwhelming turbo shriek sounds a lot like my open downpipe setup. Anyone who's seen how I perform when the authorities are making a futile attempt to chase me would know that immediately. I wouldn't have 3 cruisers on my ass, i'd have 3 cops radioing to each other, "WURD'EE GOW???"

Yeah, val saw me all right, and it was a similar situation, with drastically different results! I clicked the GA-400 tollbooth @ 190 mph and never saw those troopers again ^_^

Damn! How long afterwards can they still pull you over? I've lost the cops a few different times but I never knew how long they had afterwards to still get you.
I have no idea. I've gotten away 150+ times, haven't gotten me yet. Usually I can no longer see them in my rearview after about 45 seconds of driving. Then again, I'm doing maybe 180+ and they're doing tops 120.
Most people you hear about getting caught are either too slow or too stupid, they stay on the same road for too long. People keep telling me, "you can't outrun the radio!" but it takes TENS OF MINUTES to get spikestrips, cruisers ahead deployed, helicopters, or anything else like that. Get off the interstate as soon as out of visual. Often, they'll stop chasing you then because many counties have laws that say that if the suspect goes out of visual, they have to stop the chase. If you're still being chased at the 3- or 4- minute mark, you've failed miserably and you should just pull over and accept the handcuffs.
