    Default Weirdest or most interesting name you've ever come across in life?

    i grew up in Brooklyn, NY. Most of my friends were of latin origin. In the 2nd Grade i had a friend.

    Guess what his name was?

    Hint* We just celebrated it several days ago!

    gianna, thats a strippers name!

    OK I gotta story..

    so my homeboy (he's mexican -duh) had this lamp in his living room.. no lamp shade, just the bulb, and his dad, well his dad didn't know what bulb to put in, he threw a halogen bulb from outdoors (the big round ones) on the lamp, it didn't have no switch, so it was always on.. the damn light was bright as hell!! I would leave his house seeing dots

    So the lamp was always on, and it was always HOT. my homeboy leaned on it one time, burned the shit outta his arm (it smelled like cooked meat) my homeboy came inside like "who's cookin puto? save me some!" now he's got this big round dot on him! anyways, the next day at the barbeque his grandma was like

    "hey cabron, whats that tattoo on your arm? the other arm, stupid. Who's Sylvania? whos that bitch? Es una negra? thats a black name!"

    ya its funny, i've had chicks talk to me who wanted to get married and shit, some hit you up quick for money, some work it around: first talk how poor their country is, next they try to find out shit about you (work, living status,etc), then they work in the question...

    actually the coolest penpals i've had were:

    1) in tokyo, japan this chick was into punk/hardcore and her boyfriend ran a record lable in japan, we lost contact when she moved to cali to go to school

    2) dude in serria leone, africa (sp?), he was really cool his family was butchered and burned to death in the civil wars there, i learned alot from him about the diamond market which fuels the civil war and slave camps there

    3) paulita, is a hardcore chick from argentina her boyfriend is in one of the biggest hardcore bands in the country
