    ...you get a 10-piece CorningWare set for Christmas and are extremely happy.

    lol i feel ya... the past year since buying a house in never thought i would get excited about buying/recieving gifts like that ... before you know it we will be at Kroger on Wed for senior citizens discounts and using our AARP cards while out on the town

    before i got my 2 houses, i never understood why people never went out as much and were always buying stuff for their house,
    now i spend more money and time adding stuff to my houses than my cars
