    Email I recieved for someone to purchase some laptops. I get these all the time, but this is a first for Nigeria and a little more complete...


    Dear Sir,

    I am interested in making purchase of bulk laptops and desktops from your company but meanwhile I will like to hear a reply to know that the sales department is still in function.

    I am a sales/marketing director of Global Tech Enterprises.Our service include distribution of computers and phones to other local business company in Nigeria.

    However I will like to ask you for a business partnership because my clients has been on me asking me to supply goods to them for sales.So I want ask if you have some used laptops and desktop and other accessories for sale.I will like to have some samples of these as to convince my business clients that the supply will be real soonest.

    No way make them front you for the samples, or atleast hold money on them until they are returned to you. If they are a real business they will understand where your coming from.

    i would say scam, anything that is out of country is more than likely a scam, not to mention the moeny scams that were supposedly going through nigeria. i would waste my time besides, how can you trust somebidy that talks to you through an e-mail asking for free stuff. then before you know he will ask to ship the laptops and things to new york address and him say that is where i have ship them out from

    Anything from Nigeria/England/France=Scam. Why would they purchase bulk laptops from the u.s knowing that they'ed have to do the 110 to 220v conversion???? Seems a lil bit complicated for what its worth. SCAM
