The miata actually isnt that bad, my buddy has 1 that has been being built for like 5 years. Hes now on the LS6 swap part. Its simple the sickest car ive ever seen. $5000 paint job, $5000 Motons, stupid wheels and brakes, all just waiting on the LS6 swap.

the Del Sol is gay, but I only bought it to be cheap through the summer, miss my S2000 so I bought this to get me through until september when Im going to look at the new TLs after I graduate. its ok though the weekend car is still a G

I've driven one miata in my lifetime.... it was a 302 swap... so it's handling characteristics were a tab bit skewed from what i would assume from a normal miata.

it wont satisfy, but it will scratch the itch i should say. Its not as powerful or as balanced IMO, but its a capable car.

Also depends what gen vs what gen. Old miata vs AP1?

Honestly i looked for a miata for awhile, unless you went post 95 there were all piles of junk.

Kinda a no brainer IMO. I was looking for a $2000 car and the DEL SOL for $2000 i got was in MUCH BETTER shape than the miatas I was finding.

You have to spend upwards of $3500 to get a NICE miata, or Civic for that matter.
