any hot sauce enthusiasts? i made some homemade sauce that i'm pretty proud of...... it is most definitely not for the faint of heart. This stuff is like sticking your tongue to a battery.

I'm gonna bottle up a bunch of 2ml bottles if anyone wants to try some.

Ghost chili, red savinas, scotch bonnets and some other mild peppers, jalapenos and anahiems for flavor. Taste really good.......... but insanely hot.

There's hotter peppers than ghost chilis, but they're a top 5 pepper

Bring it. This was our pepper harvest. Zoom in and you will see the hottest peppers in the world. Taking them to This Pie Sucks and gonna make a challenge sauce for pizza and wings. Will require a waiver to eat.

oh wow!!!.......... that is one impressive stash of peppers.

Do you grow them all together? i was reading that to reach peak heat, the peppers needed to be isolated from other plants/peppers.

They are grouped by type and in separate gardens. As hot as they are, they all have individual flavors and keeping them separate preserves that.

I also have a bag with some Jamaican hot chocolates(chocolate habanero) and some Naga moraguchi peppers. Extremely hot peppers for sure. They will change your bodies way it views hot and spicy.

    Are the marugas the hottest?

Do you sell any of those?

Yes, he sells a mixed variety bag with 5 of those bags in that picture for 25$ would probably last a non-superhero about 3 years lol. They keep forever as long as they are frozen.

Let me know next time you are in ATL and I will give you a few peppers to sample. But don't be mad when your face is melting off lol

Sounds like a good deal. Yeah, that many peppers would last a pretty long time. I made some pasta earlier and put maybe an 1/8 of a ghost chili in it and it was good and spicy. It doesnt take much

DU3S3S doesn't play when it comes to spices. He's the Paula Deen of heat.
