I don't eat seafood... I'm a really picky eater. When I started cooking, I tried eating new things. Like I never ate chicken before until I started making fajitas and crock pot stuff.

    It's in Amarillo, TX.

Or if you're ever in Omaha you could go to "I don't care"

Both seem to be pretty popular with the women folk.

You bozos eat like a bunch of high school drop outs.

Unless you guys are eating king crab, I wouldn't bother posting crab legs or shit lobster tails. You all probably got 'em at Publix; so I know they ain't fresh. Here's a nice and simple meal that even the dumbest of dummies can make in under 20 mins.

First you get yourself some chicken.

Pound it. And I mean pound the fuck out of it - okay, you don't really have to. Anyway, slice it up however thick you want it. Then, you flour it - cover it UP, ya know?!

Next, you crack open a few eggs, add some pepper, and dip it in that egg wash. Before that you have to already have a pan or whatever with oil... Hot oil. You want to do this last. Make your veggies first if you want to eat it with some greens up to you. Okay, once you have everything ready you place it in the oil and give it about 7 mins on each side - depends on the thickness of your slices. Once the chicken is done place the fried eggy chicken on the side and add butter, lemon juice, capers, flour, some shit Chardonnay in the already existing oil; stir it until it turns into a sauce, thickish in texture. Don't go too crazy on the wine either.

Once the sauce is done pour it onto the chicken, veggies and KA-BLAMOOO!!!

    You just made chicken francese.

Here are some pictures for you yags.

Oh you guys can color it up with some parsley if you want.

I don't shop at public. I bought all my seafood at super h mart. Ever heard of that place? Talking abt fresh seafood. You pick the lobsters and buy it home alive from the tank. Multiple types of fish..Jon dori, halibut, swordfish you name it. And the crabs..good luck not getting clamp from picking them up.

We're on a car forum having someone insult us for buying groceries at a grocery store..... i could see someone being this pretentious if perhaps this were a top chef competition... but come on guy....

Next time i decide to go shopping, i'll make sure i drive to the ocean and dive for my own seafood as not to offend the great Bodhi and his delicate palate.

Dinner last night (leftovers for lunch)...

We call it "sausage, cabbage, and noodles." Not sure the real name, I think it's German or Hungarian. Pretty simple, just noodles, onion, sausage, cabbage, and green peppers.

    Hoe sit down.

This thread's title has the word chef on it; maybe it should've said "rookie microwaveable meals". Oh, and a car forum? Haha, homie, so god damn what!? You have a signature related to politics - is this a political forum? Dial back that sass tone before I decide to really notice you.

Talking, now we talk over the webnet. Kardashianism, people actually use such a pathetic word to describe someone? Quit the bullshit and stop taking posts so seriously. You clearly don't have a clue as to how I work shit around here.

Lol! Bodhi unless you went fishing and caught your own fish and cook it than I'll have nothing to say.
Just because you have a different palate doesn't mean it's crap. Worms? From the halibut? Lol just give up on cooking and head towards your nearest ff joint. Lol

Oven baked chicken seasoned with onion powder, garlic powder, "garlic and herb" and "smokehouse maple" seasonings. 450° for 45 minutes. Sliced carrots and mashed taters. The little white cup has a concoction consisting of Sweet Baby Rays bbq sauce, Worcestershire sauce, A1 sauce, garlic and onion powder, and smokehouse maple seasoning. Of course, sweet tea to wash it all down.
