You're fucking stupid as fuck. Sure, it takes someone knowing what they're doing, but at that point the car's setup is far more important. For instance, 13xxwhp Starlet, tubbed, built 9", 4k stall, powerglide, fresh slicks, suspension professionally tuned on a drag strip with a newb driver > 14xxwhp MK4, getrag 6 speed on radials with a seasoned driver. 250whp cars leave it up to the drivers, 13xxwhp is the setup, driver, track condition, etc.
