Update...
My father was transported to the dove house Saturday night around 12am, he began to have excruciating pain throughout his entire body, we gave him morphine to try and get rid of the pain at the house before taking any further precaution. About fifteen minutes later, he then threw that up. We eventually gave him medication to calm him down, about ten minutes after that, he began to throw up blood. An ambulance came and picked him up around 10:30 and transported him to the Dove Hospice House to check on him and make him comfortable.... I then fell asleep there, with my family, on the floor until I was woken up by a presence in the room around 5am. His breathing changed rapidly, his body and skin was very different, and that's when I knew everything was about to turn around.
My dads breathing changed significantly throughout the day yesterday. My dad took his last breath, peacefully at 11:14pm last night. He wasn't in any pain what so ever. Please, please pray for my family the next couple of days. This has been VERY hard for all of us, I haven't slept in 2 days. And I honestly appreciate the texts, phone calls, and facebook posts that everyone has posted. Means a lot.
