From 01-05 the "jazz" is the same as the "fit"...

Jazz headlights will not fit a USDM Fit. Totally different front end.

Yes you can swap the front ends. You'll need hood, bumper, rebar, headlights, and quarter panels.

If you're in the UK, you are set to use JDM (afaik) or EDM parts obviously, just no USDM parts.

The Fit is the Fit in the JDM though, not the Jazz.
