Want me to write an article about your car?
It's always been a dream of mine to write for an auto magazine, so in an effort to build my writing chops up a little bit and have some fun, I want to find someone (or maybe a few folks) with a nice car and an interesting story to write an article about.
To me an interesting story is something along the lines of a long time (at least a few years) project car that you finally perfected, a replacement for a long time project car that was wrecked or stolen, hard times, overcoming adversity, family heirloom and so on. In other words, if you're a spoiled little kid whose parents just bought them a tricked out s2000, or you change cars as much as your change underwear, I don't think most folks will find that particularly interesting to read about. You can also read about that in any tuner magazine on the market, so I want to do something with a more personal touch.
You can check my blog out at CSquaredPerformance.com for a sample of what I can do. I wouldn't call myself an all-star, but it's free and your car would be featured on my blog, which is probably enough to brag about with a couple of friends. And you can use it anyway you want (just hopefully you give me credit for it in some way).
