    it's a scam just like all the rest. 1st they give you next to nothing for your car 2nd they charge an unbelieveable intrest rate. The idea is that they'll get their moeny 1 of 2 ways. you'll either pay the loan at the (I'm guessing) +15% rate or they'll get your car. They are hoping for the later because of the profit involved. STAY AWAY!!! :jerkit:

    you are 100% correct. my friend lost his car to a title loan place. the did a 2 week loan for 1000 @ 18apr. but heres the funny part after you default the loan the interst rate more than tripples. they owned his car 3 weeks later. they came out and repoed it from his place of work. never get involved in a title loan. just my 2 cents.

    What if you have a title that is clean but the car no longer exists? I have a few titles to cars that I onced owned but they are now long gone to the crusher, the title is clean and legit but the car no longer exists. What would happen if you defaulted on the loan but had no car to get? I have thought about this for a long time now. They rip people off all the time so why not get them back. I would think it would be there dumbass fault for not checking if the car exists or not.
