Warrant question.

Alright, long story short. My friend and I got a ticket, me for having no license on person, and him for no registration, as it turns out, both tickets are on me somehow, and I have a warrant. Now, I wont have the money to pay the warrant until next friday, Last time I got a warrant they came to my house and picked me up (Hall county PD), and the ticket was from Hall county. This time the ticket is from oakwood, and I live in flowery branch, and both are in Hall county. Now for my question, Will oakwood get hall county to come to my house? Or will this only show up if I get pulled over?

Ah Shit, so chances are, since they came last time, they will come again? I thought usually they just waited till you got a ticket, but it suprised me last time when they showed up. Hall County will serve you. Depending on the severity of the reason behind the warrant, they will come find you at work or anywhere you may be. Linking the warrant to your license is what they do to help find you easier. Take care of it asap though. Chances are they could suspend your registration and license.

To make them wait til Friday? They don't give a shit what day of the week it is. They will come whenever they please.

What I am saying is see what you can do about it to avoid having them come out and arrest you. Something like pay the fines or anything else along those lines.

I stay out of trouble so I don't get into the same predicament you are in. Just be real with them and talk to them to see what can be done. It's not like you are gonna get in trouble for having a warrant if you call. The warrant is there.

If you call and explain that you simply forgot about your apperance date and that you will have the money to pay them on Friday they might be willing to give you until then. Your talking about very minor traffic infringements, not a capitol crime. Just give em a buzz and see if they will work for you otherwise, it's time to start hiding out in the woods like Eric Rudolph till friday.
