Need help finding this 280ZX

So my best friends dad just passed away on the 11th from cancer. He sold this 1983 280ZX not too long ago. Kevin and his dad were going to restore it though it wasnt in that bad of condition but found that parts were hard to find. I think they just didnt get on all the forums and all so they figured it would be impossible. Kevin now wishes his dad never sold it and wants to buy it back. If you have any info on who has an 83 280ZX like this let me know. Apparently it was ordered for him right off the factory line built to his specifications.

Ill keep a look out in my area...



And parts aren't that hard to find, you can almost completely rebuild on of these from the ground up from one site alone (and its not that expensive either)

Yea, they arent into forums much or anything like that so I dont think they knew the possibilities.

They don't have VIN number, or any paper work? Can't they go to the the company they first bought it, get the VIN number? VIN number will tell you everything.
