    So it's safe to bet on between 10$ and 1B$

    Have your buddy log on to the website (should be printed on the back of the citation) and check it up. If not, call the number and request it from the operator. She should know as a charge like that SHOULD be payable online or over the phone.

    I've frequently heard 10, 15, and 75. Why the jump to 75, I'm not certain, but there was some descrepency that jacked it up.
