im thinking about trading my hatch for a ae86.

the owner says that hes going through the title bonding process..
(already paid for just waiting for it to come in the mail)

is it ok for us to go ahead and trade?

if i hold on to my title and wait for his to come in. with a bill of sale is it possible for me to get insurance to drive it?

i know you have to have the title in order to get a tag but there's the 30 day waiting period right?
