    Default MY NEW RANT ABOUT SPRINT...

    Ok, i lost my phone in alabama yesterday so im getting a new 1. i had insurance but it got dropped for one of three reasons. supposedly my phone been replaced 3 times this year, another said its been replaced twice, and another said insurance was added w/o authorization. ive only had my phone replaced once since ive had this contract. now i have to buy a new phone at full price and i find out that insurance has been added and dropped 3 times on my phone with me not even knowing it. ive talked to 4 ppl this morning just to find out im Sh*t outta luck. so now i either have to pay $175 to get contract canceled, and however much it cost to get another contract at another company or i can pay ? hundred for a descent new phone and finish out contract in june and deal with crappy service (as far a plan goes). Oh yeah and after paying $300 last month to get phone to stay on bc all these extra overages kept coming up u better believe they are going to be looking for the $45 i owe for this month (since i payed so much last month i guess. normally my bill is like $90 but i only owe 45? Is it possible i didnt need to pay all that money a few weeks ago and somebody dnt know what they are doing?

    dnt even get me started on version, they tried to make me a homo lng time ago by screwing me. lng story short: i kept having trouble with my bill there so i said "f" it, im never paying them so it went to collections. tried to pay settlement with money order and the girl screamed in the phone the last time i talk to ne body "You can send the money order wherever you want and when we get it well call you!!" and hung up. that was a year or so ago. i got another settlement letter form them last week. lol!! um, verision too.

    yeah, if u reach ur credit limit ur phone will be disconnected. BS!! how is my bill so much sprint ppl? oh you went $300 a total of 700 minutes over ur spending limit.

    I love my sprint.
    never had a problem with them.
    also, if you make mroe than 2 claims in 1 year, regardless whether you are in a new contract or not, Lockline will drop the insurance from your account.

    Sprint is a piece of shit. i used to work for them in Ohio and I must say that sprint is the company with the one of the worst ethics codes and highest tollerances of bullshit and inconsistancy with customers from its employees. They value statistics over actually supporting their customers and profiting off of customer mistakes instead of customer service which is the reason you're so pissed.

    Just switch your csa then call retention and tell them that you're not getting any service and they'll waive your ETF.
