some drivethrus have 2 lanes anyway (checkers as mentioned and some chickfilas as well)
Having driven a RHD car for about a week after two days I was 10000000000000% entirely sick of it. Most retarded thing you can have in the US. You can't drive normally, you can't pass easily, it's a royal PITA.
all valid points. especially simons , passing a car would suck pretty badly....
