Well I don't know how other counties work, but they always gave you 30 days to pay the ticket after you get out of court.

He was skreet racing chouston's mega-slow ass... But that's besides the point. You should however have a case/citation #. If it's not on the ticket I would be at the court house every day until I found it out what it was. The fine is not due 30 days after your court date... That would be dumb and illogical. It's due withing 30 days of the ticket unless you protest the charges and go before the judge (at least this is the way I understand it since I haven't gotten a ticket since the late 90's).

I got a ticket in Houston County and the officer wrote my court date as a Sunday at 7:30 AM... the courthouse is open Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30... I called and they let me know real quick that it was MY responsibility to find out the correct court date and show up, so I dont think the number not being on the ticket will matter. I did however get the ticket dropped because of his mistake, the solicitor thought it was funny.
