got to court , talked to DA and he was just gonna give me a $25 ticket for the PUI , but said i had to still go in front of the judge , fair enough , sat there all day , at the 3:30 recess the DA walks up to me and said he spoke with the judge and they decided to drop the charge , he said me sittin there all day was punishment enough ,lol , and they are cuttin me a check for the $125 it took to bail me out........................its almost like the incident never happened
