So i was taking my girlfriend back to virginia yesterday and going up 85 north headed into South Carolina and right past exit 54 in South Carolina there is a billboard and on that billboard it says " Welcome to South carolina #1 in the nation for Spousal Abuse state in the nation." And then there is a picture of a woman dressed in a cooks apron with a black eye and a big ass smile. I was going to stop today on my way back and take a picture but i forgot till i got home today. So if anyone lives in South Carolina you know where to look for it....Just thought i would share I thought it was fucking funny when i saw it!
