    "Rush-hour traffic screeched to a halt on a busy bridge in the Wisconsin city Wednesday morning. Commuters jumped out of their cars and were chasing bills."

    Police Capt. Greg Urban is calling on the people who picked up the money to be "honest and ethical" and give it back. Urban notes taking the flying bills isn't a case of finders-keepers but is technically a crime.
