    Thumbs down OMG guess what was in my yogurt!

    so im eating my yogurt this morning and im 2 bites into it when i find this!





    I thought it was paper but it doesnt tear as easily as paper should that's been sitting in yogurt. so now im wondering is the dark area that i 1st thought maybe ink is actually mold So completely disgusting and curious what would you do if this happened to you? It cost like .59 cents so getting my money back obviously isnt that big of a deal but would you still make it known to Kroger?

    you know how when you burn the roof of your mouth you get that layer of skin that peels off and its kinda chewy but not quite like paper?

    Yeah, it could be that from some factory worker squirtin the yogurts in the cup. He was all like " fuck man the roof of my mouth just peeled and I gotta put this shit somewhere....*flicks it into your yogurt*"

    Call Kroger since thats the brand of yogurt. im sure they have a customer support number 1-866-221-4141. tell them the situation. that would be my advice. You'll be okay even if it is a form of mold.

    Im on the phone right now and they want me to freeze it and they are going to send me packet to mail it back to them.

    "so then thats it" is what asked and she said if it is something that could cause sickness of any kind they have my telephone # and address...

    it seemed all to "normal"

    I contacted them and its like these things happen all the time kind of phone call? maybe they do? no clue if yogurt comes from mold like cheese lol

    No, it not made from mold and cheese isnt "made" from it either. Both are just milk inoculated with certain bacteria, and some grow mold in/on the cheese. (like blue cheese and brie)

    i have split it and put them in separate freeze bags in the freezer so now just trying to find a place to take a look at "my" portion under a microscope or something bc it will take 3-5 business days for them to send me their kit to mail it out to them...
