A Los Angeles judge ordered the California Highway Patrol to return 60 lbs. of marijuana confiscated during the arrest to be returned to the defendant based on the fact that he successfully argued he was allowed to have it under the medical marijuana guidelines issued by the state.

So the first time anything happens in history automatically makes it good or epic? I think weed for medicinal uses is a good thing, but many people abuse the privilege. The situation just seems fishy.

The guy works at a co-op, and probably smokes, and you know there is over 1000 places in L.A alone that if you have a 215 med card you can buy and smoke pot at them. With all those places having large quantities of it around to sell to patients, getting pulled over my an ignorant cop is bound to happen. I say that because obviously the people of the state of Cali have spoken, they want their pot, but some cops still want smokers in jail.
