I know the subject is random but I kind of laugh to myself when people experience an earthquake and think the world is coming to an end. In Alaska it got to the point where I didnt notice them unless it was a 5 or higher.

Other than that the most interesting had to be experiencing the effects of a volcano eruption, middle of the day out of nowhere the entire sky turns red, then black and you do not see the sun until the next day not to mention ashes everywhere.
