    Reason he got charged so much is because he was "a repeating offender". He probably got stopped every day, and didn't give a shit if he had to pay some 100-200 bucks. But I bet he gives a fuck now since he will be charged 200k+.

    Hot damn, the only ticket I've gotten was $800...but shit this is ridiculous. Why not just suspend his license?
