Cause Apple won't make new generations. Don't compare generations that aren't out to current generations. Also I've played with both. I like the iPhone better, I don't like blackberries, but are they bad phones? No. They all serve different purposes to me.
Apple will make phones as long as they are making money

No one said anything about Blackberry though.
