So ive got a coworker, doesnt really sit near me, but for some reason I dont think he likes me. Dude doesnt say hey or whats up when I walk by him, I think hes into cars, and hes seen my car, but it never sparks up a convo in the break room. Hes really talkative to other people though but never says shit to me. Do I really look unapproachable?
he has a man crush and doesn't know how to start the convo...

I have met someone like this, after 3 years of knowing this person I finally found out that is just how they are, cool, and laid back,shy........So it could be just them, but what is wrong of you sparking up chit chat talk and bring them out of that bubble, or shell they might be in....It works both ways man, good luck and your car is a POS so that might be one reason!
