My cousin and I were arguing about whether or not buying a Condo in Buckhead is a good idea purely based on possibility to resell later.
Referring the the Paramount and it'll probably be a 1 bedroom on the 33rd floor.
Just curious if others think its something that would sell later or not, and I'm not even really referring to turning a profit on it.
Of course I own this.
