While it is true that they do a lot of plastic surgery, most, and I emphasize most, of the regular middle to lower class folk cannot afford plastic surgery, and those two groups alone correspond to a big part of the population, so not every woman in brazil has fake boobs and butts. There is still a lot of "natural" beauty down there. And not every rich person has plastic surgery either. Some are happy with they way they are.
