I was actually driving a box truck in the city over the summer delivering food to some of the food places at madison sqaure garden/ penn station. I was waiting outside for clearance to go in when this guy walks up to me out of nowhere and starts screaming some incomprehinsible shit at me. I had no idea what to do so i just sat there and stared at him... eventually i guess he got bored with me and started screaming at the next person he found. Looked like he was homeless... and possibly retarded.
