    Georgia power says 68 is the best setting for winter to save energy but dayum my house is COLD at that setting!!!!!

    We have our house set to 73...but our house was built in the 1930s and its 2 degrees outside right now with a half foot of snow on the gorund!

    Mine is set on 73, and my bed is right beside the window, and the window is cracked with a fan on. Vent is located directly above my bed, but is closed. I love to be cold when I go to sleep. rest of the house is cozy.
