    black people started wearing their pants low and it is called "saggin". Put it backwards and what do you get? Sneaky White People...

    funny thing is that sagging came from prison, to show other inmates who is willing to take it in the bum for protection...

    No, I've never been to prison, just got the info from my pops who is a Probation officer and goes to see his mice in cages frequently.

    ^^ they say that to scare lil kids into not sagging. wut i heard it that its from prison, yes, but because they never gave inmates the proper size clothing, always things too large, so when the inmates got out they carried the fad into the streets.. so yea... just saying...
    sounds more realistic IMO.
