    I find that most QT employees don't know how to brew it and make it taste horrible/watered down. I do love their cappuccinos though.

    All they do is replace the filter, place more ground coffee beans in the fresh filter, and the machine does the rest. Oh and French Vanilla cappuccino from QT.
