I know you are not a tuner, but you deal with cars quite a bit. The car can be fine for regular closed loop fueling but be seriously off on wide open throttle open loop fueling. In that instance it can run fine for putting around in, but be screwed for full throttle runs. Just trying to throw in some logic here.

As for the meth kit, I will most likely not have time to finish a meth tune before then. I tune until everything is perfect. On Sonny's initial tune I spent probably the better part of a couple evenings making sure it was running perfect on the street. But, leaks and stuff happen it is just part of the business...stuff rattles loose, rubber hoses crack, etc. As stated before work is crazy busy and I have 3 engines to build as well as a transmission in addition to 60 hours at my regular job and a couple tunes. Time is going to be very slim.

Oh, and the driver can make a HUGE difference in any race. I have seen some mean cars go down to slower cars with a good driver. BTW can we all go out for beer after the race and try to put this whole deal to rest and end on a decent note? I'm efi certified and worked for several tuning shops I'm well aware of issues. If his car hasit fine whatever. But he's been running his mouth for quite some time I just like playing devils advocate

It's called soapy water. Just fill the pipes with air and spray soapy water all over the charge pipes, couplers, intake manifold, and throttle body.

If you have logs to show your "tuner", why don't you just look at the logs yourself and check your A/F. If the air fuel is good while under boost, then your butt dyno needs to be recalibrated.
