    Default WTF?!!!

    So, as some of you already know, I sprained my ankle like 2 weeks ago. Well, as of tonight I fucked up my right shoulder. I was walking out of the cooler at work and I slipped on a cucumber in a puddle of water and fell on my shoulder. I didn't pop it out of place or anything, but it does hurt. I keep getting shooting pains down my arm and my wrist along with my elbow hurts. I just found out as I type this, that when I have my arm bent I get this burning feeling in the pit of my arm between my forearm and arm (whatever the term for that part is). WTF?! I am so damn clumsy. Maybe I should stay at home and pad the walls and floor lol

    I don't know, but I know it hurts and burns when bent. I would go to the doctor and get workers comp but because I smoke I can't get it

    My solution to this problem is to take Lortab (which I already have done) and lay down. Shit will buff out in the morning lol

    you do have nerves that run through your elbow, what is tingling? i can tell you what nerve it is and how to treat it. first thing you should do is ice, ice, ice

    It doesn't tingle in the elbow it just hurts. I feel more like an ache in my arm with pain that will shoot every once and awhile down to my forearm. My wrist aches too. I think I probably tried to brace myself a little and ended up just falling on my arm all together. I don't feel as much pain right now though

    nice, next time you fall dont stick your hands out, pull em into your chest and roll, sounds funny, but its a cyclist trick and i would assume some other sports use it as well.
