    He was retarded drunk to the point he couldn't tell me who he came with and what they drove in.

    The cops just asked him to stop yelling fuck around all he little kids and stop being disorderly. They told him to stop drinking. Technically you can't be walking around with alcohol on premises.

    At hat point I sat him in the office and gave him water. He was incoherent and could barely stand. I walked the parking lot with him finally to find the car he came in and he couldn't identify it. At that point I warned him again that if he drinks again or gets out of hand he's going to jail on the sheriffs authority not mine.

    Shortly here after he started doing vodka shots out of little shooter bottles. Then he was caught chugging a beer in front of the cops again on the public road at that point they had enough. They got him for pedestrian under the influence

    (he was running in front of traffic)

    He had me James Paul Charles and others warn him but he was intent on partying oh paulding don't play
