Correct. However the NAVY trains damn hard as well, depending on what it is that you do. NAVY SEALS are some of the best trained operatives and i would not want to come across one in battle. Airforce is without a doubt the least demanding.
the only reason i know little about the navy is because i havent been in but a year. i just got to my first duty station a month ago, hawaii, so im sure i will meet some navy folks but as far as the seals go i wouldnt fuck with one either.
