    we didn't pay the bill... we are in a recession and we are month to month... so internet evicted us till we paid for bandwidth

    maybe its time to institute a monthly/yearly fee? i know its said time and time again. but if you are really having those types of issues, might be a good thing to suggest.

    I spent half the night crying and most of the morning calling AT&T, thinking it was their fault. I'm an addict, I can't help it. And I wouldn't mind paying a yearly fee. Monthly is too drastic lol.
