My First Time
Okay so today was an awful day like usual.I was driving my friend's truck and a car stopped in front of me at an intersection.The police came and it was ruled as my fault.In the end I fucking demolished a new rx-8.Does anyone know how that will come out on me as far as me having to pay.Someone please help.

ive rear ended someone before but i was dring my car. so i dont know wat kind of trouble ur in there. all i got was a ticket for following too closly and it was $140.

if youre friend has good insurance, youre both in the clear. otherwise you kinda just fucked him and if youre a good friend you'll at least offer to pay to fix it. but legally there is no responsibilites on your part aside from having an at fault wreck on youre MVR, unless you try to double fuck him and not pay to fix it. then he can take you to court.

I didn't get any tickets at all. I feel really bad about it though because i feel obligated as a friend to pay. I'm just wondering if there is any legal bindings to me paying that might go on record. I was driving his truck and it doesn't have a fucking scratch on it.But the rx-8 on the other hand is missing 2 doors.But because of the fact that there was another car parked in the road neither one of us could go anywhere.I personally feel that the owner of that car should be at fault.

no it sucks because i had no control over it.if someone witnessed it they would understand where i am comming from..and it was in the fucking ghetto too.when i stepped out of the car a woman yelled "i already called the cops" lol.
