Default ATTN: Whoever owns a red Mitsu. Evolution, dealer tags...

I couldn't stop laughing at you the other night.

Saturday night at around 12:30am, my g/f and I were coming down I-85 south around 285/spaghetti junction/pleasant dale rd, etc. This red Evo comes up fast on my right and passes me. I'm cruising at about 73mph give or take. He passes me, gets a few cars up, and then puts on his hazards. After he turns off his hazards, he slows down and matches my pace, 73mph. He then gets along side of me, looks over, downshifts, and punches it. I keep it in 6th gear and continue on my way. He continues to fly down 85 south.

I couldn't stop laughing. It can be done, but he would need greater than a 117mph trap to pull me on the highway and with my gearing, it might even need to be higher than that. He pulls away and I just sit there smiling with my g/f. She was like, "What was that about?" I told her, "He just killed a 911 turbo... in his mind at least. Let's see if this shows up as a 'kill story' on a forum."

He has a dealer tag, stock exhaust, and no gauges in the A-pillar. The kid driving seemed shorter and was wearing a backwards baseball cap. So, was this anyone on the forum?
