Here's what you gotta do

1) Find out whats wrong with the car. Autozone and Advance Auto do free CEL readings. Go do that.
2) Fix whats wrong.
3) ???
4) Pass Emissions!

purified water in the gas fixes every problem. its a method i picked up from my last visit to Somalia. and if that doesnt work, you should try replacing your oil with dried up bone dust from a somalian baby. that increases lubrication in your engine by up to 50%

i dont see what is funny about that? have you ever looked under the hood of a drift car? well, on Ross Petty's S15 in particular. but they used bamboo headers that are coated in somalian baby bone dust to improrve the flow of exaust from the motor to the muffler. and if you look closley, at his SR20, there are 2 injectors for each cylinder. thats because one injector is for fuel, and the other is for water. thats how they get their JDM motors to pass emissions here. DWI (Direct Water Injection) its just cheaper to put the water straight into the gasoline for a normal person, but it has pretty much the same effect.

That's the thing it's not for me... it's my sister car and she trying to drive to NY... I told her to fix it but since she did'nt get her tags before her birthday she gotta pay 151$ and that was the money she was gonna use to fix it.... That's why im asking for help.....
