    Here's what you gotta do

    1) Find out whats wrong with the car. Autozone and Advance Auto do free CEL readings. Go do that.
    2) Fix whats wrong.
    3) ???
    4) Pass Emissions!

    put de-natured alcohol and pureified water in your gas. itll lower everything by half. we do it on our oldschool cars that wont pass

    That's the thing it's not for me... it's my sister car and she trying to drive to NY... I told her to fix it but since she did'nt get her tags before her birthday she gotta pay 151$ and that was the money she was gonna use to fix it.... That's why im asking for help.....
