    Default Vanity Plate Spotting, WTF?!

So I'm driving home last Friday and see an '05 Mustang, silver GT with some loud-ish exhaust tooling along in traffic. Then I see the vanity plate. The picture doesn't show it because my camera phone sucks balls, but it said:

Never got far enough up to see. Also, someone apparently needs the slang definition of Teabagging for this to be funny. :P

Correct. Either that isn't a GA plate or something is amiss...

Possible I threw in an extra number-letter thing. Could have been TB4GM3 .

This was last Friday, after all.

No. Taken from the GA DMV site:

This tag may be issued showing joint ownership. *If you pre-paid the manufacturing fee, please include your original receipt showing payment. Cost to renew each tag annually: $45.00 plus applicable ad valorem tax. Combinations cannot exceed seven (7) characters including spaces. No punctuation is allowed.

    From the actual form:

Personal prestige license plate combinations for a private passenger vehicle weighing less than 14,000 pounds cannot exceed seven (7) letters and/or numbers including spaces. Personal prestige license plate combinations for motorcycles cannot exceed six (6) letters and/or numbers including spaces.

The actual form that I filled out to get my custom plate:
