    Default I think this is kinda funny

    Well not to long ago someone had a wreck and was killed at the scene. He was the only car in the wreck. He lost control and ran off an enbankment. In the newspaper it is talkin about it and at the end says no citations were issued.

    Is it just me or is that not one of the stupidest things ever.

    I don't think it is funny the guy died. I just think it is funny that the newspaper said that no citations were issued. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out.
