Serious: How Many of you Have you openly cried in public?

Just like the question states. How many of you IA members have openly cried in public. I did so yesterday when my ex's grandmother brought me a card that my daugher made me, that i havent been allowed to see since easter. It's a father's day card with her hand print in it and say:

"On Father's Day
My little hand
Holds my gift for you.

With love that's warm and true!"

I cried in the movie theater during the movie CRASH when the little girl "supposedly" got shot. That's a POWERFUL scene. I don't even have kids and that put me to tears.

god you're not kidding. that scene gets me EVERY TIME, thats the only scene in a movie ive ever almost cried to. didnt QUITE choke me up enough to force a tear, but it was damn close the first time. I've seen it 5 or 6 times and it still gives me chills.

I think the last time was when I got a phone call telling me that a friends little sister (8 years old) had been killed in an accident. My little sister was 9 at the time so it hit me hard.

I honestly never have. I've also never attended a funeral or anything really sad. I've lost family members but never really knew them. I cried when one of my dogs passed away and will ball out of control when our oldest passes shortly. Hopefully in private though but won't be ashamed if I am public.

Not sad crying like most of the p[eople here, but I let more than a few tears fall when I got my Eagle, Globe, and Anchor on top of the Reaper in Bootcamp. It was the first time I was called Marine by my DI. He also told me not to mess up my makeup (camo paint).

When I got the call that my grandma died I wasnt in public but I did ball my eyes out and would have done the same no matter where I was.
