WTF is wrong with cops

Apparently they have enough time on their hands to follow me, while riding my ass of course, for 5 min. I was driving perfectly fine, not doing anything illegal, and this cop gets behind me and tailgates me for a couple miles. I made a left turn to try and see if I could shake him but he made a left with me. I then made a u turn and started going down 20 again. After a couple minutes he just made a u turn and went the other direction. Apparently cops around here just love wasting time fucking losers.

Or maybe he was doing a "stress test" by riding up behind someone with a suspicious car or who's acted suspiciously or even has a history. He gets up as close as he can manage and waits for you to do something when you're freaked out. I get cops doing this to me in the Audi at least once every three months. It's what they do.

Because you feel like you have to drive absolutely perfect. I'm not one of these guys that hits the brakes when I see a cop, or that won't pass him if he's going 5 mph under the speed limit. Basically I don't freak when I'm driving near one. But when one tails me for multiple turns, I start to get a little nervous. Essentially, it's like performing an act in front of someone who is judging you.

I guess I'm in the minority, and I'm soooooo terribly sorry to everyone that I can kind of see where IA's favorite whipping boy is coming from (minus the hostility and hatred).

And before any conclusions are jumped too, I'm 23 (driving for 7 years), have always driven cars that could easily get me in trouble, and the only time I've ever been pulled over was for a headlight being out (aka I'm not a bad driver). Thank you and good day.

never said it was smart but there assholes i dont care i was driving down 400 the other day and there was two holding up traffic on bikes in the left lane goin 65 so i went 70 in the right lane past them and he pulled nexted to me and was like are you fucking stupid i was like i was goin 70 in a 65. He was some old hill billy and was like dont lie to me or ill give you a ticket he says no you were doing 80 I laughed and just rolled my window up and did 65 so he didnt cry

I have a logical answer... The Cop was looking for a good reason to pull you over (see people make mistakes (breaking minor laws) when they dont think they did. Once a Cop sees that you have blue lights come on.
