    Default Something only REAL OG members will remember...

    I was crusin' up 85 in g-nett a few weeks ago..no biggie. But, I looked over in the right lane and saw a very distinct OG IA members car, though i'm pretty sure it's not his anymore.

    So how many of you remember the silver Beetle with the dark gray flames?IIRC his name was Chris..but correct me if I am wrong. Man...seeing that brought back some memories for sure.

    Damn I remember the Khols meets off 316 when that shopping center was new and the one guy used to bring his truck and trailer and unload his little race car and do burnouts, etc... so we were all kicked out from that one.

    God the Kohls meets, Target meets, even before then, Hybrid meets, etc... Now way back is the old warehouses off 285, good times.

    I remeber that ass hat getting lawrenceville PD out their to kick us out. Target was off the hook back in the day.... How about the Burrell tire meets on buford hwy? Shit I remember when IL folks started the varsity meets then IA took them over....lol

    anyone remember the night the dumb ass in the C5 way back then came out of the parking lot across the street, saw all of us so floored it, lost control and slammed into the tree? LMAO was classic.

    Brett, i'm sure you remember me doing donuts in the RX7 at Toys R Us... but that was NOT the reason we got the boot later

    Oh..I don't remember the 'Vette incident, but there was a time at the Gwin G-Fudd where some guy with two fake legs and one fake arm was trying to show off in a F360 Spyder and smacked a vurb and put the car a good ways up into one of those landscaping islands...

    I know it's not a "IA" thing, but did any of you come out the the gwinnett G-Fudd meets? Or does anyone remember the show at Big Lots in Lawrenceville and some guy brought out a silver R33 GTR Skyline...which was the first time many of us had even seen one?

    Yep, i went to a bunch of the gfudd meets while i was living down there. Although it was more of an importlounge get together. Hell i still remember riding in the pass floorboard of your white miata in the rain with my back on banging on your ecu.
