IDK why everyone is hating on the Korean cars. I mean... at one point in time Japanese cars were somewhat shitty (though historically they outperform all other countries in reliability).

PS, on a technical note: Hyundai has been receiving very good marks for build quality and fit-and-finish, much higher than Honda or Toyota have been, and miles beyond what the Big 3 US car makers have been getting. None of those scores are close to Mercedes/BMW/Audi and then Lexus. When you go out of the realm of high-volume cars you can toss Porsche up there at the TOP of the list...not saying anyone's building bad cars (Besides the Americans...and the Chinese...) Just saying that it's interesting that people still have this mid-90's inspired belief that Korean cars are poorly manufactured.
